The Bloomington City Council is having the first hearing of zoning reforms largely submitted by YIMBYana! The changes to the UDO (Unified Development Ordinance) will be split into to resolutions: one focused on sustainability, and one focused on missing middle housing. The full resolutions will be released here on March 7th, so stay tuned!
